The poster should be organised into the following sections:

Include the names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors. The presenting author should be clearly identified.

Provide a brief background and state the research objectives or hypotheses.
Methods:
Outline the research design, materials, participants, and procedures used in the study.
Results:
Present the key findings with the use of charts, graphs, or tables for clarity.
Discussion:
Interpret the results, discussing their implications and relevance to the field.
Conclusion:
Summarise the main findings and suggest possible future research directions.

Include a list of the most relevant references cited in the poster.
3. Design and Layout:
Use a clean, visually appealing layout to enhance readability.
The title should be at the top of the poster in a large, bold font.
Use headings and subheadings to organise the content logically.
Ensure that text is readable from a distance of 3-4 feet (approximately 1 meter). Recommended font size:
Title: 85-100 pt
Subheadings: 56 pt
Body Text: 24-36 pt
Use bullet points for concise presentation of information.
Include high-quality images, graphs, and tables to illustrate key points.
4. Formatting:
The poster must be written in English.
Use clear, high-contrast colours for text and background.
Avoid cluttering the poster with excessive text; focus on visual elements and key points.
5. Submission Process:
Posters must be submitted as a PDF file through the QSC Conference online submission system.
Ensure the file size does not exceed the specified limit (10 MB).
6. Review Process:
All submitted posters will undergo a review process by the conference committee.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance status via email by the specified deadline.
7. Presentation:
All posters received and accepted will be published on the QSC website. Those poster presenters who could attend the conference, their posters will be mounted in the conference venue. Ensure that the poster is printed and brought to the conference venue. The conference will provide materials for mounting the posters.
8. Ethical Standards:
Ensure that the poster content is original and has not been published or presented elsewhere.
Adhere to ethical standards in research and presentation, including proper citation of sources.
