2. Paper Structure:
Full papers must be organised into the following sections:
Title Page:
Title: Concise and informative, avoiding abbreviations.
Author Information: Names, affiliations, and contact details of all authors. Clearly indicate the corresponding author.
Abstract: A 250-300 word summary of the paper’s key points.
Keywords: 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the paper.
Introduction:
Provide background information, the context of the study, and state the research objectives.
Literature Review:
Summarise relevant previous research and identify gaps that the current study addresses.
Methodology:
Detailed description of the research design, materials, participants, procedures, and analysis methods.
Results:
Present the findings clearly with appropriate use of tables and figures.
Discussion:
Interpret the results, discussing their implications and how they relate to existing knowledge.
Conclusion:
Summarise the key findings, their significance, and suggest directions for future research.
References:
List all references cited in the paper in APA format (or your specified citation style).
3. Formatting:
Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted as follows:
Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Spacing: Double-spaced throughout, including references.
Page Numbers: Bottom center of each page.
Section Headings: Use a consistent style for headings and subheadings.
4. Figures and Tables:
Include figures and tables within the text, placed as close as possible to where they are first referenced.
Each figure and table must have a caption and be numbered consecutively.
5. Citations and References:
All sources cited in the text must be included in the reference list.
Follow the APA (or your specified style) citation guidelines for both in-text citations and the reference list.
6. Submission Process:
Full papers must be submitted through the QSC Conference online submission system.
Accepted file formats are .doc or .docx.
7. Review Process:
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Authors will receive feedback and notification of the acceptance status via email by the specified deadline.
